Return and Refund Policy

At Tire Master, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Our commitment is to make things right if you're ever dissatisfied with any item. We fully support our products and services and strive for your complete satisfaction.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For returns or exchanges, visit any of our Tire Master stores. Bring the item(s) you wish to return, along with your receipt and original payment method. Returns will be handled on an individual basis, and our knowledgeable staff at your local Tire Master store will assist you in making it right.

Should you opt for an exchange, your account will be charged for the new item, and a credit will be issued for the return.

REFUNDS

Eligible items can be returned and refunded to the original payment method. For credit card payments, expect the credit within 14 business days, reflecting on your next statement based on the issuing bank and billing cycle.

If you're dissatisfied with your purchase, bring it back, within 30 days and we'll make it right. That's our promise.

What if my tire is damaged or defective?
Every tire we sell includes a FREE standard protection plan (first 2/32 tread wear Road Hazard and a manufacturer's limited warranty).

Simply return your item by mail or visit a store near you, and we'll take care of you.

Do I need a receipt from my purchase?
Your receipt or order number is the quickest way for us to assist you. If you lack a receipt, we'll do our best to locate the purchase using alternative information.

Do you accept all returns?
We aim to accommodate all our customers fairly. However, there may be instances where a return cannot be accepted. (more than 30 days since purchase)

Is there a time limit? What if the item shows minor wear and tear?
We're committed to our customers and aim for fair treatment. No specific time limits apply to returns or exchanges, but typically a 30 day policy for tires and 10 day policy for other items. No returns on custom / special order items,

Are there restocking fees?
Typically, no on standard tires and products. However, custom-ordered & oversized products may incur restocking fees. For clarification, contact our knowledgeable staff at your local Speedy store.
